I added some sticker packs, and she is ready to travel with her art supplies. This is a great choice for a toddler.

(More customer reviews)I have purchased numerous ThinkFun games. Our favorites include all versions of Rush Hour, Sudoku, Clever Castle, Zingo, S'Match, and Chocolate Fix. I've tried a few others which we like, but those are my favorite. This is a new one to add to the favorite list! Having spent the summer learning how to play Chess, I am very excited that we can use the rules of the chess pieces to solve logic puzzles. It is really, really well done! The goal of each card is to have the chess pieces capture the other pieces until only one is left standing. The game is set up in a grid, so that you can look up the answers in the order at which you need to move the pieces. Ex. A2 moves to B4, etc. etc. The chess pieces are in a sliding drawer underneath the case which holds the challenge cards. Just beware, the cards are difficult to get out at first. It took some effort to slide them out.

Alma's Designs The Mitten Review

(More customer reviews)I expected the little animals to be solid figurines from the picture. They were fabric finger puppets. a good idea but not what I expected. The mitten is big, soft a cozy. I would have liked the option to purchase the story book that goes with this toy.

(More customer reviews)For children who likes puzzles and mazes, this is a great find. To get the ice cream truck out of the traffic jam, the child must think on more than one level and more than one move ahead. Any wrong moves can be easily reversed and there is no penalty for wrong moves, only the thrill of solving the puzzle. Its great for solo play or for two to work together. The travel bag makes it a terrific "take along" toy -- as long as you have a flat surface on which to set up the board. My son is five years old and takes great pride in solving the simplest level puzzles. With a total of four levels of difficulty, I think we will be playing this game for some time to come.

(More customer reviews)The best thing about this version of the Scrabble game is that you can literally play it anywhere. The tiles are a bit difficult to handle so you have to be a little careful with them, but this little baby is small and packs easily. I have played it a lot on planes and have taken it on vacation with me to play with people when I get bored. Its portability is its best feature. Just be careful not to lose the tiles.

(More customer reviews)I bought these gel sticks as part of a Christmas gift for my 4-year old son thinking that they'd get a lot of use, but knowing that they wouldn't be the most exciting thing under the tree. I figured they'd go in a cupboard until a "rainy day." I was wrong! He absolutely loves them and uses them pretty much every day. In fact, I'm going to have to get more soon, as he's already run through his favorite colors. One warning, though: If you're purchasing for a child, these can get messy very quickly. Easily cleaned, but clean up is definitely required at the end of an art session with these.

(More customer reviews)My 5-year-old daughter received this as a gift several years ago and got many many hours of fun out of it. It is easy to take in and out of the plastic carrying case, which takes up very little room, and is a great toy to take along on trips -- it kept my daughter entertained during her brother's music lessons and at other people's houses. She didn't need any help playing with it -- a big plus! Over the years, we have lost one of the dolls, and probably some of the smaller costume pieces as well, but there are a LOT of outfits included so you don't have to worry that one lost shoe or hat is going to spoil the fun. If I had found this earlier, there are many little girls I would have given it to as a present!
